Adjusting Print for Letterhead To change the top and bottom margins when printing on letterhead, enter the Back Office Menu and select #88 SYSTEM CONTROLS. Then choose #11 CONTROL MAINTENANCE. To change the top margin, use the control code LTRTOP. This is the measure from the top where it will start printing. To change the bottom margin, use the control code LTRBOT. This is the measure from the bottom where printing will stop. Remember that it is measure in print lines and there are 6 lines per inch. So if you want to increase the print by half an inch, you need to add 3 to the number already in the control. Back
