Confirming Machine Data Confirmation Letters: The TARGET system allows you to create confirmation letters and send them out to either dealers, end users or both. To send a confirmation letter you need to: Enter the BACK OFFICE, select #13 MACHINE REPORTS MENU, then select #14 MACHINE CONFIRM LETTERS Here you can choose to send the letter to a single prospect or to whomever fits the criteria in which you select. The idea behind confirmation letters is for the dealer or end users to look at them and then send them back with corrections. This would tell you whether or not they are still looking for a certain machine or if they have another machine in mind. You can either fax (enter F in the Printer# field) or print them and mail them out. Back
