Other Dealer's Machines

If another dealer gives you permission to quote one of their machines, you can get the machine information easily through the TARGET system.

• Enter F3 PROSPECT MAINTENANCE to select the dealer who you wish to borrow the machine listing from.
  
• Hit F9 MACHINE ENTRY. At the bottom of the screen you will see menu options, enter G for Get, then specify the dealer's reference number.
  
• The system will automatically go to UEN and get the basic information, picture/s (if any) and detailed specifications and put everything in your system as if you had entered it by hand.
  

Note: When you do the UEN update (which should be done daily) by entering the BACK OFFICE and selecting #77 UEN ACCESS, it will check all the machines that you have "borrowed" and tell you if they aren't available anymore.

Manual Entry of Dealer For-Sales:

You can manually enter machine listings by entering F9 MACHINE ENTRY. You would manually enter a listing if they were not on UEN.
