Well, we all know that there is no such thing as a free lunch. The good news is that this is not lunch; it is software. It really is free. The trick is getting your hands on it. You can download it from our FTP site or if you grovel enough we'll mail it to you. As Harvey's uncle used to say, "For free, take."

WAITTIL - This little gem allows you to run scheduled jobs at given times. We use it for overnight processing and the like. Why not use an EXEC with a SLEEP you ask? Well, if you have several different things to do, you have to put each one in a different EXEC. If you put them all in the same EXEC with multiple SLEEP statements, they don't always get executed the first time after the machine is rebooted. Besides, this is much cooler, and it even keeps a log of executions.
