CDMS Accounting Software
The FACCTS accounting system is a complete general accounting system designed to complement the
TARGET sales management system. Important features of FACCTS are:
General Ledger
- Up to TWO full fiscal years on line (and open at once. There is no need to hold data entry
or processing for a month (or year) until a previous period is closed.
- Customizable financial reports
- Automatic bank reconciliation takes only minutes
Accounts Receivable
- All history kept forever
- All open items kept in detail (no "balance forward")
- Statements shown in detail
- Returned checks reinstate all original invoices
- Partial payments tracked correctly
Accounts Payable
- All history kept forever
- Automatic check allows partial payments
- Voided checks reinstate all original invoices
Billing
- Billing entry can access description from TARGET database
- Bills can have unlimited line items
- Taxes calculated by system
Job Costing
- Job cost information comes from A/R and A/P subsystem as invoices are entered. This
information is available in both the sales system and the accounting system.
- Job reports provide for complete history of a single job (including groo profit calculation)
as well as recpas by expense category and department
- All job cost enteries carry a reference to vendor/customer and invoice number for complete
tracking
